Until then, here's a few details & a few of our existing client case studies:
Renewed Vision

Revamping the digital identity for the creators of ProPresenter, the world's top live production software.
Renewed Vision, best known for their product ProPresenter, embarked on a brand refresh to better reflect its mission of empowering live presentations. They had begun initial rebranding and design concepts, but needed a strategic partner to refine and build out the full digital experience. Over a focused 4-month partnership, Sweven collaborated with Renewed Vision to translate the refreshed brand into a robust, user-centered website. The result is a modern Webflow-powered site that elevates Renewed Vision’s flagship software and clearly organizes its entire product ecosystem. Post-launch, the new site is already driving improved user engagement and SEO, all while conveying professional credibility with warmth and clarity.
Our Role in the Partnership
Sweven served as an extension of Renewed Vision’s team from day one. Our role spanned content strategy, UX design, visual design, animation, and Webflow development. We kicked off by understanding Renewed Vision’s audiences and goals – from church tech volunteers to professional event producers – ensuring a user-centered design approach guided every decision. With RenewedVision’s refreshed brand guidelines in hand, we helped shape the content and information architecture: what stories to tell, how to structure pages, and how to communicate value across multiple products. We then led the end-to-end UX and visual design process, iterating closely with RenewedVision through wireframes and prototypes to a polished interface. Throughout, our partnership was highly collaborative – regular check-ins, open feedback loops, and a shared commitment to excellence kept the project on track. Ultimately, Sweven took charge of building the entire site in Webflow, implementing custom code where needed and bringing the new brand to life online. By project’s end, we didn’t just deliver a website; we delivered a cohesive digital experience that RenewedVision’s team and users could trust and enjoy.
Highlighting ProPresenter
As RenewedVision’s flagship, ProPresenter deserved center stage. ProPresenter is the leading live presentation software for churches of all sizes and is used by hundreds of thousands of churches worldwide, as well as in concerts, conferences, and other events. We designed the website to , as well as in concerts, conferences, and other events. We designed the website to elevate ProPresenter’s profile from the homepage onward. A prominent hero section greets visitors with ProPresenter’s value proposition and an engaging visual (a live event scene) that immediately conveys its impact. We crafted a dedicated ProPresenter product page that presents the software as the “definitive choice” in live production. Key features are organized into intuitive categories (like Multi-Screen Management, Stage Display, etc.), each accompanied by a brief explanation.
To make these features more digestible, our team created custom Lottie animations that visually demonstrate core ProPresenter capabilities. For example, instead of just describing multi-screen functionality in text, we included a lightweight animation illustrating how ProPresenter seamlessly controls multiple displays. These animations bring the product to life, showing rather than telling, and helping visitors grasp complex features at a glance. We also ensured strong calls-to-action are ever-present but unobtrusive – visitors can easily start a free trial or see pricing when they’re ready. By balancing rich content with clear CTAs, the site effectively guides users toward exploring and adopting ProPresenter. The overall tone for ProPresenter’s sections is professional and confident (establishing credibility for such a widely used tool), yet approachable – reflecting the fact that it’s powerful software designed for real people (often volunteers) to use with ease. In short, ProPresenter’s online presentation now matches its reputation: feature-rich, dependable, and inspiring.
Multi-product feature setup
RenewedVision’s product suite extends beyond ProPresenter, so a key challenge was to showcase other products in a clear, compelling way without overwhelming the user. We tackled this by giving each core product its own spotlight and narrative on the site, while maintaining a cohesive overall structure. The navigation groups ProPresenter and these sibling products together, making it easy to discover the full suite. In dedicated sections and pages, we highlighted each product’s unique value proposition:
ProContent, ProVideoPlayer (PVP), ProVideoServer (PVS), and ProScoreboard.
By presenting each product with its own identity, imagery, and benefits, we brought structure and clarity to what could have been a complex ecosystem. Importantly, we threaded common design elements and the refreshed brand style throughout these pages – they feel like a family. Users can clearly differentiate each product’s purpose, yet it’s obvious they all come from the same innovative company. We also made sure to cross-link relevant content (for instance, noting on the ProPresenter page that “ProPresenter integrates with ProContent for easy access to media”), so users understand how the products complement each other. Overall, this structured approach turned a potentially overwhelming array of software into a well-organized suite where each tool’s value shines.
The extra mile - interactions & UX
A standout aspect of this project was the advanced UX and interaction design we implemented to make the site both powerful and easy to use. At the foundation, we built a custom Webflow CMS architecture to manage a variety of dynamic content. This included a flexible blog system (with categories like “Tips & Insights,” “Case Studies,” “Updates”) so the Renewed Vision team can publish content regularly to engage their community. We also used the CMS for structured content like feature lists, comparison guides (e.g. “ProPresenter vs PowerPoint”), and customer stories, enabling easy updates and consistency across pages.
Animations were thoughtfully added to enrich the experience. Beyond the Lottie animations used for illustrating features, we incorporated subtle hover effects, scroll-triggered fade-ins, and micro-interactions throughout the site. For instance, menu hover states and button interactions have a gentle responsiveness that gives the site a modern, polished feel. We also created a few animated SVG icons and illustrations that align with the RenewedVision brand, making the site feel lively but never distracting. All animations and interactions were optimized for performance – a crucial factor given the broad audience (many users might be on older church computers or mobile devices). We tested across devices to ensure the site remains fast and accessible.
Under the hood, migrating RenewedVision’s site from a legacy platform to Webflow yielded immediate benefits for performance and SEO. Webflow generates clean, semantic code that search engines love, avoiding the bloat that often came from numerous plugins on the old site. We rigorously applied SEO best practices: defining proper headings and metadata for every page, using descriptive URLs (e.g. /propresenter
for the ProPresenter page), and improving site load times. The new site loads significantly faster thanks to Webflow’s optimized hosting and our careful asset management. This boost in speed and code cleanliness not only improves the user experience but also signals to search engines for better ranking. Early post-launch analytics showed a lower bounce rate and longer average session duration – suggesting that visitors now find what they need more easily and are engaging with more pages per visit. In short, the advanced UX features and interactions we implemented aren’t just fancy bells and whistles; they actively contribute to a smoother, more enjoyable journey for users and better results for RenewedVision.
Our shared & aligned values
From the start, our collaboration with Renewed Vision was grounded in a shared sense of purpose—creating tools and experiences that uplift communities. Both teams value creative excellence and approached every design decision with that standard in mind. This alignment meant feedback loops were swift and solutions felt both inspired and practical, whether we were refining Lottie animations for ProPresenter or honing site copy to speak directly to end users.
Built for what's next
At launch, the new Webflow site delivered a markedly improved experience: faster load times, clearer navigation, and richer engagement through custom interactions and animations. Early feedback shows longer session durations and positive SEO gains, demonstrating that users find what they need more quickly and stay to explore further.
Looking ahead, the new site allows RenewedVision to add/update new content without constant developer support. We’ve trained their team on using their Webflow build, ensuring the site remains fresh and flexible—ready to evolve with RenewedVision as they continue to grow.
